The Aster Wine Club features winemaker Matt Espiro Jaeger from Fuil Wines for the February meeting.  Fuil is a small production, boutique winery, specializing in the wines of the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County.  All wines are sourced from sustainably managed, certified organic, or biodynamically farmed vineyards. He endeavors to blend beautiful California fruit with old world winemaking techniques and practices.  Matt makes one of my favorite Pinot Noirs, from Sta Rita Hills! This will be a great night!
